Delivery and warranty

Delivery

We deliver across the Emirates. The delivery time for your order is confirmed on the quotation, because it depends on the models, the quantity and current UAE stock. For larger orders we can deliver in stages, and can set the machines up before delivery: named, imaged with your company's set-up, or registered for Windows Autopilot.

Every delivery comes with a UAE tax invoice showing 5% VAT and your TRN, and the serial numbers of the machines for your asset register.

Warranty

Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty for the part number supplied. The length and type of warranty (carry-in, on-site, battery cover) depend on the brand and the part number, and are stated on the quotation.

Middle East part numbers. Business laptops sold in the UAE usually carry a Middle East warranty. Some brands also service their products in other countries, but often only where that same model is sold. If your staff travel, ask us about the warranty of the exact part number before ordering.

Extended and on-site warranty. Most business brands offer longer or on-site warranty packs at purchase. They are worth it for workstations and for teams that cannot be without their machines.

If something goes wrong

1. Tell us the serial number and what happened. We will tell you whether it is a warranty case and where it should be serviced.
2. For on-site warranties, the manufacturer's engineer comes to you; for carry-in warranties, the machine goes to the authorised service centre.
3. Back up your data first; repairs can include a new drive or a reset.

Damage from drops, liquids or power surges is usually not covered by the standard warranty.

Returns

Faulty-on-arrival products are handled with the manufacturer's process. Because business products are ordered by part number for your company, other returns are agreed case by case.
