What we supply and install

Displays. Commercial screens and interactive displays sized for the room and the distance to the furthest seat.
Cameras. Conference cameras that frame the whole room or follow the person speaking.
Audio. Speakerphones, ceiling or table microphones and speakers so everyone is heard clearly, without echo.
Room systems. Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms kits with a touch panel on the table for one-touch join.
Wireless presentation. Share a laptop screen without cables or adapters.
Room booking. Panels outside the door that show if the room is free and let people book it.

Rooms we design

Huddle rooms for 2 to 4 people: an all-in-one video bar and a screen.
Meeting rooms for 6 to 12 people: a camera with good framing, extra microphones and a larger screen.
Boardrooms for 12 or more: dual screens, ceiling audio and a camera that tracks the speaker.
Training rooms: projectors or large displays, presentation switching and good sound for the back of the room.

How a project runs

Room visit. We look at the room size, the table, the lighting, the acoustics and where the cables can run.
Proposal. Equipment for each room with a fixed price, matched to the platform you use (Teams, Zoom or Google Meet).
Installation. Screens mounted, cables hidden, everything configured and tested with a real call.
Training and support. A short session for your staff, and support afterwards through an IT support contract.
