Office networking and Wi-Fi installation in the UAE

A slow or patchy network costs time every day: calls drop, files take minutes to open and meeting rooms never connect on the first try. We plan, install and document office networks that simply work, from a small clinic to a multi-floor office.

What we install

• Structured cabling. Cat6 or Cat6A to every desk, printer, access point and camera, tested, labelled and drawn on a floor plan.
• Racks and patching. A tidy rack with patch panels, power and space to grow, so changes take minutes instead of hours.
• Switches. Managed switches with PoE for access points, phones and cameras, set up with separate networks (VLANs) for staff, guests, phones and CCTV.
• Firewall and internet. A business firewall in front of your internet line, with secure remote access for staff who work from home. A second internet line can take over automatically when the first one fails.
• Business Wi-Fi. Ceiling access points placed after a site survey, one network name across the office, a separate guest Wi-Fi with its own password, and roaming between rooms without drops.

How a project runs

1. Survey. We visit, measure, check the ceiling and walls, and note where people, printers and screens will be.
2. Design and quote. You receive a plan with cable points, access points, equipment and a fixed price.
3. Installation. Work is scheduled around your hours, including evenings and weekends for occupied offices.
4. Testing and handover. Every cable is tested, Wi-Fi coverage is checked room by room, and you get the drawings, passwords and equipment list.
5. Support. Add the network to an IT support contract so changes and problems are handled for you.

Moving or fitting out a new office?

Bring us in early, before the ceiling is closed. Cabling and access-point positions are much cheaper to get right during the fit-out than after it. We work with your fit-out contractor so the network, CCTV, access control and meeting rooms are planned together.
