Privacy policy

This policy explains what information zeronixtech.com collects, why, and how you can contact us about it. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

When you browse. We measure visits in two ways.

• Our own analytics, without cookies. For each page view we record the page, the site that sent you (for example a search engine), campaign tags in the link, your device type and your country. We do not store your IP address: it is used only to make a visitor code that changes every day, so we can count visitors without following anyone from one day to the next. Your browser keeps a random session code for the current tab, and remembers the first page you visited so that a later request can tell us what brought you here.
• Google Analytics 4, a service of Google. It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) to recognise a returning browser for up to two years, and records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device, browser and approximate location. Google handles this data under its own privacy terms (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); the site works the same without them. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

When you ask for pricing or contact us. The form collects your name, company, email, phone number and what you need (industry, products, quantities, budget and timeline, and your notes).

When you use the chat. The chat keeps your messages, the details you enter (such as your name and email), the pages you open during the chat and, when you start the chat from a product or guide, what you were looking at. If you allow it in your browser, the chat may ask for your location to help our team; you can refuse.

Search engines. We use Google Search Console, which tells us which searches showed our pages. It does not identify you.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare quotations and follow up on them.
• To understand which pages and guides are useful, and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your information is kept on our own servers and in our business systems. Analytics events are kept for 13 months; quote requests and chats are kept as business records for as long as we need them for the request, our accounts and the law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to us (see below). We handle requests in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
