CCTV and surveillance systems for UAE offices and shops

A good CCTV system shows faces and number plates clearly, records reliably for as long as you need, and lets you check your premises from your phone. A poor one gives blurry footage of the ceiling. We survey first, then design a system around what you actually need to see.

What we supply and install

• IP cameras. Dome, bullet and turret cameras for indoor and outdoor use, with night vision and colour in low light where needed.
• Recorders and storage. Network video recorders sized for the number of cameras and the retention period you need, with hard drives rated for surveillance.
• Cabling and power. Network cabling with PoE, so each camera needs one cable for both power and video.
• Mobile and remote viewing. Live view and playback on phones and computers for the people you choose, with separate permissions.
• Integration. Cameras on their own network, linked with access control and alarms where required.

How we plan a system

1. Site survey. We walk the premises with you: entrances, tills, stock areas, parking, and any spot where incidents happened before.
2. Camera plan. Each camera has a purpose (identify faces at the door, overview of the floor, read plates at the gate) and the right lens for it.
3. Quote. Fixed price for equipment, installation and configuration.
4. Installation and handover. Neat cabling, cameras aimed and tested day and night, users trained and passwords handed over.

Local requirements

Some activities and premises in the UAE must follow specific CCTV rules, such as approved equipment, camera positions and recording periods. We plan the system with these in mind and work with your landlord or authority requirements.

Maintenance

Cameras get dusty, drives fill up and recorders need updates. A yearly maintenance plan includes cleaning, health checks of recording, firmware updates and fast replacement of faulty parts.
